PRIOR APPRAISAL
In the context of inheritance and in accordance with the registration services, we are asked to perform procedures that require major investigations.
The prior appraisal involves a detailed and motivated report showing the land register data, a description of the estate, a sketch, our assessment of the condition and maintenance, possible points of comparison, the different points of capital gain and / or loss and a photographic report.
JUDICIAL APPRAISAL
In litigations before court or the "justice de paix", the court expert is appointed by the judge to answer technical questions and give impartial advice on the facts.
Before any judicial proceedings, professionals such as notaries, lawyers and investors, will suggest to mandate an expert as a mediator who will attempt to reconcile the parties and provide a faster and certainly cheaper solution.
