Offices and dressing rooms are considered as bedrooms.
For gardens or terraces of over 10 m², an extra of 10,00 VAT incl. will be charged.
For furnished properties an extra of 50 % to 100 % will be charged.
If there are more than two cellars or cellar(s) with a surface of over 40 m², an extra will be charged depending on the mission.
If the mission is accomplished with a counter-expert, total fees will be charged - 25 %.
Transport costs are included in a radius of 25 km from the office (this includes the whole Brussels-Capital Region).
Additional kilometers are charged at the rate of 0,75 €/km.
These prices are minimum provision fees. The expert may increase fees according to the mission.
Exit inventories of fixtures
This mission includes the no call-back clause on the valuation of the rental damage established by the expert. The windup happens on-site. The establishment of a detailed report will involve a 100 % increase of the fees charged to the inquirer.

Inventories of fixtures before construction work
This mission includes making appointments with the neighbours and sending a report to each owner concerned as well as the inquirer.
The fee depends on the mission (ask us for a price quote).
